One angle that the Legion used to recruit men to its ranks was the deplorable state of diocesan seminaries and the superiority of a life within the Movement. Despite what may or may not have been the state of those houses of formation, the current situation is entirely inspiring.
As LARC notes the milestone of 3 million hits (last night, actually), the Church at large can take comfort in the young men giving their lives to serve in parishes across the United States. God is very, very good.
ADDENDUM: if readers will undulge me, the NAC isn't the only reason to celebrate. Yours truly also has a new book on the horizon. It's good--because it's founded on a singular truth of God. It's relevant because we're all wounded and searching for wholeness. Pass the word, if you would. Thanks, kind readers.
Congratulations! I never imagined this site got that many hits.
Let's be fair. Some diocesan seminaries allowed some bizarre stuff. I take this not on the word of the lcs but from diocesan Rectors I have known. But thanks be to God there has been a turnaround.
As for the LC story line putting themselves above diocesan priests, that's pure bunk. There are so many good and holy priests around the world. But human nature being what it is, there are some who need our prayers.

Unlike LC videos, no one used words like dynamic, take the challenge, or any of those other words long associated with the LC( It's a cult)
